so today was my first cheat meal of my 100 days of paleo challenge
ur supposed to have a cheat meal every week so I did quite well.. tomorrow its back on the straight and narrow..
what did my cheat meal consist of:
Garrett’s popcorn in caramel and cheese flavour! OMG so so so so so yum!!!!
and dates and cashews..
from tomorrow i’m cutting out nuts and dates from my diet..
and allowing myself one apple every other day.. i go overboard otherwise!!!!
and from tomorrow i’m adding in about 45 minutes of exercise 5 times a week..
super tired now.. sugar slump ;p
my next cheat meal is on November 18th – to make it till then is a mini challenge to myself
