so if you have read this blog recently you may know that i have set myself the 100 days of paleo challenge (read about it here)
over the past couple of days – my meals have been super great! even today.. on eid day – i managed to eat healthy..
however – for the past three days, I have been eating a lot of nuts and i really need to start controlling this…
i also want to cook something for myself tomorrow because i haven’t enjoyed my meals today a lot… so i need to prepare stuff that i want to eat.. and since i enjoy cooking – i should do that!
yesterday and today i also had some dates – which is okay on the paleo but i wanted to restrict myself until nov 18th – which will be my first proper cheat meal (i have a meal planned which i will tell u about later ;p – on the day itself)…
i also need to start incorporating exercise into my daily routine…
tomorrow i’ll tighten the reins ;p
anyone else trying to watch their weight or started a challenge and got tips – please do share!










Make sure you get plenty of fat in your diet and reasonable animal protein amounts. Low fat is a myth. Too bad sort of organic eggs are so expensive here. We just found out that http://www.iherb.com/ has very low shipping prices to Kuwait so stocked up on cold pressed organic coconut oil. They also have red palm oil for cooking. You can also get fresh fish, mackerel and sometimes sardines. Great protein and healthy fats.
