i made this really simple stir fry that worked out so well and was sooo yum that i did not believe that there were so few ingredients!!!!
check it out and seee if you like – you can eat it with some grilled chicken or whatever :D
Veg Stir Fry:
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 white onion (sliced)
1/2 white cabbage (slices roughly – leave some big and some small)
1 red bell pepper (sliced)
1 large carrot (cut into long thick matchstick shapes)
1 punnet (plastic tub) brown mushrooms (quartered)
sea salt
1) heat oil in a wok on high heat + add onions and cabbage, cook for 4/5 minute
2) add mushrooms, cook for two minutes + add sea salt to taste
3) add carrots and red pepper,cook on high heat for 3/4 minutes
(stir well constantly)
4) enjoy :D
this recipe can be added to to make a whole meal – think noodles and prawns and some garlic + chilli
