who’s hotter: Paris Hilton Or Nicole Richie?

It has been a long while since I did one of these “who’s hotter” posts, the last one was between Sandra Bullock and Nicole Kidman..

This time we have another Nicole, Nicole Richie and her former best friend, Paris Hilton.

Now both these ladies have always been in the media a lot – and at one point Paris Hilton was the socialite to love.. but is she hotter:
