I had a very long weekend and so many things have been happening, and of course the highlight was my birthday :D
To be honest, turning 26 isn’t something fun, i wasn’t looking forward to it, am not gonna be a drama queen and say ohh am getting old and i donno what, but i can’t deny the fact that i am! And getting older means more responsibilities and more attention on you. But anyway, i feel like a 21 years old inside, and i believe this is how it will always be :)
So what did i do on my birthday? I didn’t have a party or anything (cuz am too old for that :P) but i had a very exciting and relaxing day with my bestie yayo which was more than enough, we were chilling and having fun together. It was just like any other weekend, woke up and had some quality time with the family, had lunch and started to get ready to go out. I was surprised to receive a beautiful flowers bouquet and a very delicious cake to my door step from a sweet friend at work, i loved it and i don’t usually get stuff at home so a big big thank you to her :D
So the birthday started at the Shooting Range :D ok so here’s the deal…and no laughing ha :P Lately i have been getting scared of the small little things, like someone walking behind your back, or someone popping in front of you after the elevator door opens, you know things like that! But am not usually scared of anything, i have no problem with anything but that.
So we walked into the Shooting Range, prepared everything, and the moment i got into shooting area i started jumping out of my place every time someone shoots a gun. It happened like 5 times and i felt out of place and got really annoyed of myself. So my friend went ahead and started shooting, she was definitely enjoying it and i was watching her and kinda got used to the sound, so the guy there helped me and pulled me to try it myself. I ended up shooting 5 shots and i LOVED IT! I’ve always wanted to do it and now that i did am very happy about it. Next time am sure it will be better and i can handle it more :D
After that we headed to Sahara, I think this place is going to be my favorite. I have gone there a couple of times before and it has been a successful choice every time. We sat there for almost 4 hours chatting and laughing, i blew a candle and it was all about relaxing and sharing. I loved it.
The day was over, i was very happy and sad at the same time, i think somehow i didn’t want it to end :P come on who doesn’t like to be spoiled and feel special :D and i just wana thank Yayo for the special day she gave me, she’s the best of the bestest and i appreciate everything she has done for me, i love you ;*
