so today a guy from work added me on facebook!!!
firstly – he is the IT guy so he can basically access whatever he likes as and when he likes it!! damn him ;p ;p
secondly – he wrote on my wall and sent me a msg – neither of which i can understand as he is speaking english in a special mixed up code which none of us are meant to understand!! i’m not sure if he understands ;p
but here it is just incase any of u are better at “cracking the code”:

he’s a nice guy but a bit strange (as i have come to discover!) and if any of you can decipher his msg! i will bake you a little cake within 2 weeks!!!!!! i swear! ;p
my desk has been changed again and now i am sitting next to 3 girls! :D and my desk is a lot more private and there is a lot more blogging and writing of posting to be done! ;p ;p
DIET UPDATE:
i have completed the first week of “eating healthy” or my diet or whatever you call it! and i feel great! not deprived! not hungry!! not moooddyyy :D and i started working out a little! namely going for a 40 minute jog (i went once last week but hopefully going 4 times this week! i went yesterday so that’s a start!) and been doing this basic, quick routine 5 times a week:
- push ups x 10 (the manly ones not the girly ones!)
- sit ups x 20
- crunches x 10
- squats x 20
- lunges x 20
and i do 3 sets of that – i either do it while watching tv – or when i first get home from work – or first thing in the morning!
this baby does push ups better than mee!!! ;p ;p
